If you are like me and don’t know much about cooking, or to be blunt, can’t cook, then I think your eyes have just landed on a snippet that can change your whole relationship with the pots. Potatoes don’t need a lot to taste yummy, and don’t we just love that about them.

If you are trying to get into new cooking habits and trying out new potato recipes to surprise the family, then you are on the right page.  Find them under the Potato Nation Recipe tab to start cooking.

Embarking on this new and exciting cooking habit will also need us to learn a few tricks and tips about potatoes. Potatoes need to be stored in a cool, dark, dry, and well-ventilated space to remain fresh for two to three weeks and this will be enough until we have to go to our next grocery run.

Another trick is that potatoes do not need to be cooked in a lot of water. Potatoes need to be cooked in as little water as possible to help retain the vitamin C that is found in our favorite vegetable.
