USA: Corn Beef Hash

Directions
- Fry off onions, garlic, chilli, and red bell pepper. Put to one side to cool.
- Add the diced corned beef, chives and grated potato. Check the seasoning.
- Preheat oven the 120ºC
- Place on an oiled baking tray to prevent sticking. Cover with tin foil.
- Bake for 1 hour
- Place in fridge till cold or even better, over night.
- Re-fry until golden brown and serve.
- Fry quails egg to order
- Cover in Hollandaise Gratinate till golden brown.

- 300 g Corned beef diced into ½ cm cubes
- 100 g Chopped onions
- 2 cloves Chopped garlic
- 1 Chopped chilli
- 1 Red pepper diced
- 1 tbsp Chopped chives
- 50 g Butter
- 200 g Grated potato
- alt and pepper to taste
