USA: Corn Beef Hash

Directions

  • Fry off onions, garlic, chilli, and red bell pepper. Put to one side to cool.
  • Add the diced corned beef, chives and grated potato. Check the seasoning.
  • Preheat oven the 120ºC
  • Place on an oiled baking tray to prevent sticking. Cover with tin foil.
  • Bake for 1 hour
  • Place in fridge till cold or even better, over night.
  • Re-fry until golden brown and serve.
  • Fry quails egg to order
  • Cover in Hollandaise Gratinate till golden brown.

  • 300 g Corned beef diced into ½ cm cubes
  • 100 g Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Chopped garlic
  • 1 Chopped chilli
  • 1 Red pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp Chopped chives
  • 50 g Butter
  • 200 g Grated potato
  • alt and pepper to taste
