Sticky Balsamic & Onion Roast Potatoes

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Toss the potatoes, garlic and baby onions in a bowl with the oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Season and arrange in a single layer on a baking tray.
  • Scatter with rosemary and roast in the oven for 45-50 minutes until crispy, golden and cooked through.
  • Toss the potatoes 1-2 times during the roasting period for a balanced, all-round cook.
  • Serve as a delicious side to any roast meal.

  • 6 medium Potatoes, with skin (540g), halved
  • 1 whole garlic bulb, cloves separated, unpeeled
  • 10 baby onions, halved
  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
