INGREDIENTS

For the filling
 8 chicken breasts, cut horizontally and flattened
 Salt, to taste
 45 ml (3 tbsp) chicken spice
 2 large potatoes, cut into thick chips
To Assemble
 2 small baguettes, sliced horizontally
 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
 Lettuce, chopped
 cheese sauce, heated
 fresh chillies, chopped
 Tomato sauce

DIRECTIONS

Put the chicken breasts in a mixing bowl and rub with salt and chicken spice. Leave to marinate (+/- 30 minutes)

Heat a griddle pan to hot and cook the chicken breasts (+/- 10 minutes) on each side

Remove, set aside, and keep warm until ready to use

Butter the baguettes lightly, then add the lettuce and chicken

Put the chips in a mixing bowl and add the cheese sauce

Using your hands, mix the sauce with the potatoes and top over the chicken

Drizzle with more cheese sauce to drench the potatoes together with the chillies and tomato sauce
