 2 potatoes, thickly cut
 2 Russians
 2 large eggs, fried
 410 g can baked beans

In a deep pot, heat enough oil to deep-fry the chips and drain. Set aside.

Fry the Russians for about a minute or two. Drain.

Serve the chips with the Russian, eggs and baked beans.
