INGREDIENTS

For the baby potatoes
 1 kg baby potatoes, with the skin on, halved
 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
 10 ml (2 tsp) coarse salt and black pepper
 15 ml (1 tbsp) crushed garlic
 45 ml (3 tbsp) hot melted butter

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Toss the potatoes with the oil and season well. Bake (+/- 30 minutes)

Whisk the garlic and hot butter and pour over the potatoes. Toss to combine well and continue to bake f(+/- 10 minutes)

Serve the potatoes with fish and your choice of steamed vegetables
