Potato Roti served with Chilli Corne Carne

Serves: Makes 8 Roti

Ingredients

  • 2 floury potatoes, baked
  • ½ cup potato flour
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mash peeled baked potatoes, add flour and butter mixing to form pliable dough.
  2. Divide dough into 8 smaller balls.
  3. Roll out each ball and fry in a heated slightly oiled pan for 3 minutes each side on medium heat.
  4. Serve potato rotis with pickled carrot and cabbage and chilli corne caine.
