Potato Roti served with Chilli Corne Carne
Serves: Makes 8 Roti
Ingredients
- 2 floury potatoes, baked
- ½ cup potato flour
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- Oil for frying
Directions
- In a large bowl, mash peeled baked potatoes, add flour and butter mixing to form pliable dough.
- Divide dough into 8 smaller balls.
- Roll out each ball and fry in a heated slightly oiled pan for 3 minutes each side on medium heat.
- Serve potato rotis with pickled carrot and cabbage and chilli corne caine.
