Directions
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot of water until they are just tender. Drain well.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, rosemary, oregano, dried herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper – and set aside.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Thread the potatoes, steak, and onion onto soaked wooden or steel skewers and brush with the oil mixture.
- Place the skewers on a pre-heated grill and grill until the steak is cooked and the potatoes are a little charred.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

- 30 ml olive oil
- 2.50 ml fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2.50 ml fresh oregano, chopped
- 5 ml dried mixed herbs
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2.50 ml salt
- 1.50 ml ground black pepper
- 410 g steak, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, cut into pieces
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
