Directions

  • Boil the potatoes in a large pot of water until they are just tender. Drain well.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, rosemary, oregano, dried herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper – and set aside.
  • Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  • Thread the potatoes, steak, and onion onto soaked wooden or steel skewers and brush with the oil mixture.
  • Place the skewers on a pre-heated grill and grill until the steak is cooked and the potatoes are a little charred.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

  • 12 baby potatoes
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 2.50 ml fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2.50 ml fresh oregano, chopped
  • 5 ml dried mixed herbs
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2.50 ml salt
  • 1.50 ml ground black pepper
  • 410 g steak, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, cut into pieces
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
