Cape Town style chicken gatsby with juicy chips and drenched in yummy cheese sauce

Directions
- Put the chicken breasts in a mixing bowl and rub with salt and chicken spice. Leave to marinate (+/- 30 minutes)
- Heat a griddle pan to hot and cook the chicken breasts (+/- 10 minutes) on each side
- Remove, set aside, and keep warm until ready to use
- Butter the baguettes lightly, then add the lettuce and chicken
- Put the chips in a mixing bowl and add the cheese sauce
- Using your hands, mix the sauce with the potatoes and top over the chicken
- Drizzle with more cheese sauce to drench the potatoes together with the chillies and tomato sauce

- 8 chicken breasts, cut horizontally and flattened
- Salt, to taste
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) chicken spice
- 2 large potatoes, cut into thick chips

- Lettuce, chopped
- cheese sauce, heated
- fresh chillies, chopped
- Tomato sauce
