Chicken Liver Pot, topped with Chilli Potato Chips

Directions

  • Pre heat oven to 180C. Place potatoes on an oven tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake in oven until potatoes are crispy. Sprinkle with chilli flakes.
  • In a flat saucepan heat oil, add onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add chicken livers and fry until all browned. Season with salt and pepper and add sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Spoon chicken livers into ramekins and layer the potato chips on top. Serve

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 500 g chicken livers
  • 2 tbsp chicken spice
  • ¼ cup sweet chillies
  • 200 g Nicola potato variety sliced
  • 2 tsp dried chilli flakes
