Chicken Liver Pot, topped with Chilli Potato Chips

Directions
- Pre heat oven to 180C. Place potatoes on an oven tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake in oven until potatoes are crispy. Sprinkle with chilli flakes.
- In a flat saucepan heat oil, add onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add chicken livers and fry until all browned. Season with salt and pepper and add sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Spoon chicken livers into ramekins and layer the potato chips on top. Serve

- 2 tbsp chicken spice
- ¼ cup sweet chillies
- 200 g Nicola potato variety sliced
- 2 tsp dried chilli flakes
