Creamy mashed potatoes

Directions

  • Place the potatoes and garlic into a pot and mash with a potato masher.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients to form a smooth mixture.
  • Serve as a side dish with a meat dish of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 8 Medium potatoes, skin on and quartered and boiled
  • 2 Garlic cloves, quartered
  • 1 pinch Salt, to taste
  • 30 ml Sunflower oil
  • 15 ml Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 60 ml Full-cream milk
  • 1 dash Lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
