Creamy mashed potatoes

Directions
- Place the potatoes and garlic into a pot and mash with a potato masher.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients to form a smooth mixture.
- Serve as a side dish with a meat dish of your choice.
Ingredients
- 8 Medium potatoes, skin on and quartered and boiled
- 2 Garlic cloves, quartered
- 1 pinch Salt, to taste
- 30 ml Sunflower oil
- 15 ml Fresh parsley, chopped
- 60 ml Full-cream milk
- 1 dash Lemon juice, to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper
