Dunkin Potato Wedges Lunchbox

Directions

  • Wash potatoes and cut each into 4-5 wedged chunks
  • In a bowl, mix potatoes, olive oil, seasoning and paprika using your hands until each wedge is well coated
  • Scatter on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 25-35 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crispy.

  • 2 Medium Potatoes (360 g), with skin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • Mixed Herbs
