Fried cubed potatoes and cabbage

Directions

  • Add oil into your pot and fry onion
  • Add cabbage, carrots salt and fry for 5 minutes
  • Add potatoes, stock, curry and cook for 20 minutes
  • Mix when all potatoes are soft
  • Tip: potatoes are the starch and the star of this dish, so you can eat the dish as is.

Ingredients

  • Half a cabbage (chopped or shredded)
  • 3 carrots (grated)
  • 500 g potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt for seasoning
  • 2 sachets curry
  • Half a cup of stock (beef of chicken)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
