Fried cubed potatoes and cabbage

Directions
- Add oil into your pot and fry onion
- Add cabbage, carrots salt and fry for 5 minutes
- Add potatoes, stock, curry and cook for 20 minutes
- Mix when all potatoes are soft
- Tip: potatoes are the starch and the star of this dish, so you can eat the dish as is.

- Half a cabbage (chopped or shredded)
- 3 carrots (grated)
- 500 g potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- Oil for frying
- Salt for seasoning
- 2 sachets curry
- Half a cup of stock (beef of chicken)
- 1 onion (chopped)
