Golden Skinny Fries Sunrise Breakfast

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a medium pot over medium to high heat. Gently place the chips into the oil and fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. Once cooked, remove the chips from the oil and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
  • Heat 1 tsp (5ml) oil in a small non-stick pan and fry the bacon and cheese griller until cooked (approximately 4-6 minutes), remove from the heat and set aside.
  • Serve each plate with: skinny fries, bacon, a cheese griller, two fried eggs and a side of toast.
  • Top Potato Tip: For those who are really hungry and a little extra, add a roll to this plate to make a mega breakfast fries and cheese griller hotdog!

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into skinny fries
  • 8 rashers of streaky bacon
  • 4 cheese griller sausages
  • 8 fried eggs, to serve
  • toast, to serve
