Directions
- Add chicken, stock, water, salt and onion into your pot
- Cook the chicken for 2 hours till soft and water reduces
- Add potatoes and cook for an extra 20 minutes
- Tip: It is always best to cook potatoes with the chicken and not separately to give your potatoes a richer taste

- 500 g potatoes (peeled and halved)
- 1 onion chopped
