Mini Potato pancakes with cream cheese and trout

Directions

  • In a bowl, add grated potato, chives, egg and flour.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix to form a stiff mixture.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan and place a spoonful of potato mixture, press down with back of spoon and fry on both sides until golden brown.
  • Remove and place on kitchen paper towel.
  • Top the pancakes with cream cheese then trout.

  • 2 potatoes, peeled and grated
  • Chives, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 100 g thinly sliced trout
