One pan wedges and wings

Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C and prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with baking paper.
- In a large bowl combine the wings, oil, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper and salt and mix well to coat the wings.
- Place the wings in a single later on the baking sheet, about 1 cm apart.
- Parboil the potatoes for 5 minutes in salted water.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges (1/8ths)
- In a bowl combine the potatoes, vegetable oil, garlic powder, chili flakes, cayenne pepper and salt and mix well to coat.
- Place the wedges on the baking sheet and place in the oven.
- Bake for 15- 18 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and baste the wings liberally with BBQ sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5 – 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- 12 Chicken wings, divided into flats and drumettes
- 2 tbsp Oil, vegetable
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Pepper, black, fine
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup BBQ Sauce
- <h3>Wedges</h3>
- 4 Potatoes (Waxy/flour BP1, VDP, Sifra etc.)
- 3 tbsp Oil, vegetable
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt, fine
