Potato and Bean Soup

Directions
- Add water to the pot and cook the cornstarch until soft.
- Add the beans and cook.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes, onions in curry.
- Add the onion mixture to the soup and cook slowly until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Ingredients
- 300 ml water
- 2 corn, only grains
- 410 g canned beans, purified water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp mild curry powder
- 3 potatoes, peeled and squared
- salt, to taste
