Potato and Bean Soup

Directions

  • Add water to the pot and cook the cornstarch until soft.
  • Add the beans and cook.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes, onions in curry.
  • Add the onion mixture to the soup and cook slowly until cooked through.
  • Serve hot.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml water
  • 2 corn, only grains
  • 410 g canned beans, purified water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp mild curry powder
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and squared
  • salt, to taste
