Potato And Condensed Milk Salad

Directions
- In plenty of salted water, boil the potatoes until cooked (but make sure they are not mushy), about 15 -– 20 minutes. Drain, cool and coarsely chop.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, condensed milk, amasi and mustard and spoon over the potatoes. Give it one good stir before adding the radishes, celery, bacon and lemon zest.
- Sprinkle with the chives and serve.

- 3 large potatoes, skin on and washed
- 130 ml mayonnaise
- 60 ml condensed milk
- 60 ml amasi
- 20 ml mild mustard
- 2 radishes, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 5 rashers streaky bacon, chopped and pan fried
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Fresh chives, snipped to serve
