Directions

  • Dribble peanut oil into a pan and place the onions, garlic, ginger and the chilli.
  • Fry for 5 minutes then add the curry powder and fry lightly
  • Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
  • In the bowl with the mashed potatoes, add the pan mixture, coriander, spinach and mix well
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Dip in flour, then egg and finally into bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry and serve hot

  • 2 Potatoes diced ½ cm cubes
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Chopped ginger
  • 2 Chopped chillies
  • 1 tsp Black mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 50 g Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spring roll pastry
  • <h3>Sag Alloo</h3>
  • 100 g Chopped onions
  • 20 g Chopped garlic
  • 20 g Chopped ginger
  • 50 g Chopped coriander
  • 10 g Chopped chili
  • 10 g Curry powder
  • 200 g Blanched spinach, chopped
