Potatoes and chicken stew

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and cook onions until golden brown.
  • Add the chicken and continue frying until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Add masala and salt and stir through.
  • Mix the potatoes with the chicken soup, bone marrow and cook over low heat until the potatoes are cooked through.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 bone marrow
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp teaspoons of masala
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup cup of chicken soup
