Potatoes, chicken feet, and baby marrow stew

Directions

  • Cook the chicken feet in stock and water until semi-tender.
  • Add tomatoes, leeks, potatoes, and chicken spice.
  • Cook further until the potatoes and chicken feet are tender.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the baby marrow until soft.
  • Add baby marrow to chicken feet pot, mix, heat for five minutes and serve hot.

  • 1 kg chicken, clean feet and *necks
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 500 g baby marrow, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, shredded
  • 4 large leeks, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large potatoes, chopped into quarters, boiled
  • chicken stock
  • chicken spice
