Potatoes, okra and tomato mix

Directions

  • Fry onion in your frying pan
  • Add okra, potatoes and fry for about 10 minutes
  • Add tomatoes, stock, salt and cook for a further 15 minutes till vegetables are soft
  • To finish it off mix 1 tablespoon of powder with 3 tablespoons of water, add paste on the vegetables and mix
  • Serve whilst still hot

  • 500 g potatoes (peel and cube potatoes)
  • 250 g tomatoes (grated)
  • 250 g okra (sliced)
  • Salt for taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Half a cup stock (beef)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable powder
