Potatoes, okra and tomato mix

Directions
- Fry onion in your frying pan
- Add okra, potatoes and fry for about 10 minutes
- Add tomatoes, stock, salt and cook for a further 15 minutes till vegetables are soft
- To finish it off mix 1 tablespoon of powder with 3 tablespoons of water, add paste on the vegetables and mix
- Serve whilst still hot

- 500 g potatoes (peel and cube potatoes)
- 250 g tomatoes (grated)
- 250 g okra (sliced)
- Salt for taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 onion chopped
- Half a cup stock (beef)
- 1 tbsp vegetable powder
