Directions

  • Season the chicken with chicken spice, ensuring that all sides of the chicken pieces are coated evenly.
  • Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown on all sides.
  • Once the chicken is browned, add the onions, carrots, and potatoes to the pot. Stir well to combine with the chicken and cook for a few minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften
  • Add curry and stir, then add the stock.
  • In a cup, add the soup powder, vinegar and sugar.
  • Stir in the green pepper and season the chicken curry with salt and pepper to taste.
