Skinny Roast Potatoes

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Spray a non-stick baking tray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the potato wedges on the baking tray.
- Pour the olive oil onto your hands and rub the oil over the potatoes to lightly coat them.
- Sprinkle with salt and chicken spice and bake for 20 minutes
- Remove the baking tray from oven, turn the potatoes, and continue to bake until tender, for a further 15 minutes.

- 4 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 2.50 ml (½ tsp) salt
- 2.50 ml (½ tsp) chicken spice
