Skinny Roast Potatoes

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Spray a non-stick baking tray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place the potato wedges on the baking tray.
  • Pour the olive oil onto your hands and rub the oil over the potatoes to lightly coat them.
  • Sprinkle with salt and chicken spice and bake for 20 minutes
  • Remove the baking tray from oven, turn the potatoes, and continue to bake until tender, for a further 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • 2.50 ml (½ tsp) salt
  • 2.50 ml (½ tsp) chicken spice
