Sticky Balsamic & Onion Roast Potatoes

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Toss the potatoes, garlic and baby onions in a bowl with the oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season and arrange in a single layer on a baking tray.
- Scatter with rosemary and roast in the oven for 45-50 minutes until crispy, golden and cooked through.
- Toss the potatoes 1-2 times during the roasting period for a balanced, all-round cook.
- Serve as a delicious side to any roast meal.

- 6 medium Potatoes, with skin (540g), halved
- 1 whole garlic bulb, cloves separated, unpeeled
- 10 baby onions, halved
- 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp. salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 rosemary sprigs
