Texas cheese fries

Directions
- Bake the fries according to the packet’s instructions. Drain well
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the cheese, bacon and spring onions. Season well
- Continue to bake until the cheese has melted and serve immediately
Ingredients
- 200 g frozen thin fries
- 100 g white cheddar, grated
- 6 slices back bacon, cut into cubes and baked until crispy
- 3 sprig spring onions, finely sliced
- Salt, to taste
