Texas cheese fries

Directions

  • Bake the fries according to the packet’s instructions. Drain well
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the cheese, bacon and spring onions. Season well
  • Continue to bake until the cheese has melted and serve immediately

Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen thin fries
  • 100 g white cheddar, grated
  • 6 slices back bacon, cut into cubes and baked until crispy
  • 3 sprig spring onions, finely sliced
  • Salt, to taste
