Peri-Peri Wedges

Ingredients
- 2 Medium Potatoes (360g), with skin
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Mixed Herbs
- 1 Whole Chilli, de-seeded
Directions
- Wash potatoes and cut each into 4-5 wedged chunks.
- In a bowl, mix potatoes, olive oil spices and chilli using your hands until each wedge is well coated.
- Scatter on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 25-35 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
