Oven-Baked Potato Served With Grilled Fish
To Serve
Grilled fish of your choice
Mixed vegetables of your choice
Ingredients
- 1 kg baby potatoes, with the skin on, halved
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
- 10 ml (2 tsp) coarse salt and black pepper
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) crushed garlic
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) hot melted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Toss the potatoes with the oil and season well. Bake (+/- 30 minutes)
- Whisk the garlic and hot butter and pour over the potatoes. Toss to combine well and continue to bake f(+/- 10 minutes)
- Serve the potatoes with fish and your choice of steamed vegetables
